Dr. Sibel Ulusan graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 1989 and worked as an emergency department physician for 25 years. She then received her Medical Aesthetics Medicine certificate from the Turkish Ministry of Health in 2004 and began her ventures in the beauty and hair transplantation industry under the name Ulusan Private Health Company.

Dr. Sibel Ulusan, who has focused on hair transplantation for the last 15 years, has restored hair to over 2000 people from 35 different countries around the world. She also continues her membership in The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, meeting with leading hair transplant experts from around the world in Europe and America every year, contributing to the development of the global hair restoration field and successfully representing Turkey in this field.

In addition, Dr. Sibel Ulusan is a founding member of the Atlas Health Education Foundation, whose mission is to contribute to the education of university students, develop their vision, and provide scholarships. She also highly values the place of women in the business world and supports women's entrepreneurship.

Dr. Zafer Ulusan graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1983 and received his Internal Medicine specialization in 1989. Dr. Zafer Ulusan, who has 30 years of hospital management experience, became the first person to raise a hospital in Turkey to "Lean Hospital" standards. In 2004, he began his training and ventures in the Beauty and Hair Restoration industries, continuing his activities under the name Ulusan Private Health Company.

Continuing his membership in The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, he meets with leading doctors from Europe, Asia, and America every year and contributes to the development of the global hair restoration field. Dr. Zafer Ulusan, a pioneer of the Hair Simulation operation in Turkey, brought this operation to Turkey after it was first applied in the United States in 2015.

His recent vision is to make Turkey a leading position in world hair restoration tourism. Together with his wife Dr. Sibel Ulusan, he is proud to create a global brand and restore thousands of international patients to their dream hair, contributing significantly to Turkish tourism. Their mission is to pass on the knowledge they have accumulated to new generations; provide scholarships to university students and support entrepreneurs of all ages by mentoring them in different fields.
