Dr. Sibel Ulusan graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 1989 and worked as an emergency physician for 25 years. In 2004, she received a Medical Aesthetics Certification from the Turkish Ministry of Health and started her ventures in the beauty and hair transplant industry under Ulusan Private Health Company.
For the past 15 years, Dr. Sibel Ulusan has focused on hair transplantation, restoring hair for over 2,000 patients from 35 different countries. She is also a member of The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and meets with leading global hair transplant specialists in Europe and the USA every year, contributing to the development of the global hair restoration field while successfully representing Turkey.
Additionally, Dr. Sibel Ulusan is a founding member of the Atlas Health Education Foundation, whose mission is to support university students’ education, expand their vision, and provide scholarships. She strongly supports women’s roles in the business world by maintaining a 100% female staff and encouraging female entrepreneurship.
He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1983 and specialized in Internal Medicine in 1989. He served as a hospital administrator for 30 years and was the first to upgrade a Turkish hospital to “Lean Hospital” standards and have it certified. In 2004, he started his education and ventures in the Beauty and Hair Restoration industries under Ulusan Private Health Company.
As a member of The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), he meets with leading doctors from Europe, Asia, and the USA every year, contributing to the development of the global hair restoration field. In 2015, he became the pioneer of the Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) procedure in Turkey, which was first introduced in the USA. His vision in recent years has been to elevate Turkey, a leader in global hair restoration tourism, to an even higher position and establish it as a global leader.
Together with his wife, Dr. Sibel Ulusan, he takes pride in building a global brand, helping thousands of international patients achieve their dream hair, and making a significant contribution to Turkey’s medical tourism. They have made it their mission to pass on their knowledge and experience to future generations by providing scholarships to university students and mentoring entrepreneurs of all ages.

Dr. Filiz Mumcuoğlu Geray graduated from BAL in 1977 and from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1983. In 1992, she became a Dermatology specialist at Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital. She has worked as a Dermatology specialist at Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital and Kartal Training and Research Hospital.
Dr. Nezi Yurdakul graduated from Selçuk University in 1992. After completing her mandatory service, she worked in various units as a Family Physician and also at the Tuberculosis Control Association. She has worked in private clinics and is currently serving at the Ulusan Hair Transplant Center Polyclinic, working alongside Dr. Zafer and Dr. Sibel Ulusan.
